The Mitchell Report Legitimized?

Andy Pettitte confirmed what was in the Mitchell Report. The report said Pettitte took HGH for 2 days when he was rehabbing an injury in 2002 and Pettitte confirmed that.

You have to think that after all the scrutiny the report got after its release, this revelation comes close to legitimizing the report. There was a lot of "he said, she said" going on in the report but when one of the accused comes out and confirms the allegations against him, you have to wonder what else is true.

The interesting thing about this is that Pettitte's best friend is Roger Clemens, the biggest name to surface in the report. And Clemens has made it very clear that he denies the allegations of his involvement in using steroids. But when Pettitte confirmed that what was said about him is true, you have to think that if Mitchell was right about Pettitte, he was probably right about Clemens too.

Sorry Roger, no Hall for you!
